The location, right on the bay! Balcony, for smoking! The pool, great!
The room was dingy. Our sleep number bed didn't work! Dirty bathroom floor, wrinkled sheets, weird smell!
Overall this was an average hotel for a one night moderate stay. Not romantic at all! And not a place where you would want to vacation long term! Jet ski guy was very friendly! Crab house food was not good at all! No room service or complimentary breakfast. Way over priced! ...read more

I would stay here again. I purchased room through Priceline and presented paper work on check in. On check out day, found rapid check out paper with room charges for quite a bit lower on my floor by the door. Not much shopping or dining.
